MEHTA provides Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) and Construction Management services for Roads, Highways, Bridges, Airports and Rail projects. These services include maintaining the required level of surveillance of contractor activities, interpreting plans, specifications and special provisions for the construction contract. CEI and CM services also includes maintaining complete, accurate records of all activities and events relating to an assigned project as well as properly documenting all project changes.
